Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Wilnelia Forsyth is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

UK delivery

Free Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping within the UK via DHL. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and are normally delivered the next business day between 9am and 5pm. Someone will need to be available to sign for your order, otherwise it will be kept by DHL so that you can arrange redelivery. Please note that there may be a slight delay during the sale period.
